Terms & Conditions
The company rents to the undersigned lessee, under the following terms, the vehicle listed in this agreement, chosen at the lessee’s absolute discretion and suitable for the purpose for which this rental is made.
1. Lessee’s Age
Minimum age is 23 years. The lessee must be a credit card holder.
2. Driving License
The lessee must hold a valid license for at least one year.
3. Lessee’s Responsibility
The undersigned lessee is fully responsible for this rental.
4. Rental Payment & Vehicle Return
The lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee and return the vehicle to the agreed location. Failure to return at the specified time and place is considered abandonment, making the lessee liable for any resulting damage.
5. Minimum Rental Duration
One (1) day. If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed time, each additional hour is charged at 1/5 of the daily rate.
6. Rental Extension
The lessee must notify the company at least 48 hours before the rental ends. Otherwise, they are liable for unauthorized possession of the vehicle.
7. Vehicle Retrieval Rights
The company has the right to retrieve the vehicle from the lessee or any holder after the rental period ends without prior notice and without any liability.
8. Insurance Coverage
- Death or bodily injury to third parties and passengers up to €1,000,000, and to the driver up to €14,000
- Material damages to third parties (excluding AUTOLAND vehicles) up to €1,000,000
- For damages to AUTOLAND’s vehicle, the lessee is liable up to its market value minus 20%
9. Coverage of Non-Insured Amounts (C.D.W.)
- Liability is limited to €250 with an additional daily charge of €10
- Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.) eliminates the €250 excess with an additional €5 per day, totaling €15 daily
10. Vehicle Transport by Ship
Forbidden without written consent from the company.
11. Unauthorized Drivers
Driving by any unauthorized person not listed in the contract is strictly prohibited.
12. Accident or Incident
The lessee and drivers must take all appropriate safety measures and immediately notify the company by phone. A detailed written report and any related documents must be submitted within 24 hours.
13. Vehicle Repairs
Repairs by the lessee in case of engine failure are prohibited.
14. Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Otherwise, the fuel difference will be charged. No refund is given for extra fuel.
15. Prohibited Uses
- Transport of heavy objects
- Transport of more persons than allowed
- Subleasing, towing, or participation in races
16. Improper Use
The company may terminate this agreement without compensation if improper use of the vehicle is identified.
I hereby expressly declare to the Lessor, as the Lessee and driver of the vehicle, that I have read, understood, and unreservedly accept all the above terms and conditions, and I irrevocably undertake to comply with them in full.
